The Student Services and Classroom Building is the first major construction project at University of Houston-Clear Lake in almost a quarter century. Scheduled to open in 2004-05, the three-story, 160,000-square-foot structure will provide much needed room for student programming and student services as well as expansion to meet academic program demands.

Twin airport fire stations situated near the runways at Bush Intercontinental Airport to respond to aircraft emergencies. Each station is a 21,460 sq. ft. state of the art facility with six apparatus bays, living quarters, kitchen, exercise rooms, command / communication center and fuel area with wash bay.
